📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Manage and track sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import sales, with a focus on the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel frequently to attend trade shows and meet with clients.
• Valid work visa for Indonesia.
