📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the medical center.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Lead and motivate the staff to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the medical center.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.,Represent the medical center at local and regional healthcare conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management.,Proven track record of success in managing healthcare operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
