📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable workflows, including approvals and authorizations.
• Reconcile accounts payable records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
• Analyze payment trends and identify areas for improvement in the accounts payable process.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role in a finance or accounting department.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
