Max Fresh Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Telesales to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting the telesales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the telesales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints effectively.,Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate sales records.,Support the telesales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.,Assist in market research and competitor analysis.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Contribute to the overall success of the telesales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.,Team player with a positive attitude.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
