📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing team strategies.,Coordinate team activities and ensure they are completed on time.,Support team members in achieving their goals and objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure all documentation is up to date.,Maintain a positive and productive team environment.,Participate in team meetings and provide input when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
