📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Business Suite campaigns to maximize ROI
• Create and curate engaging content for our Shopify store and social media channels
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and customer engagement
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related field
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
