📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash and card transactions.
• Handle reservations and check-ins/check-outs for guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the front desk operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with additional English skills a plus.
