Urban Gate Indonesia is looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Padang. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in complying with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
