As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our construction and M&E projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction and M&E projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that project schedules and budgets are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with project specifications and contracts.
• Provide support to senior Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
