📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships.,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Ensure the branch meets all legal and regulatory requirements.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with retail or service industry operations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
