📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a steady supply of goods.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with all inventory management regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
