Gate Plus Indonesia is looking for a Lead IT Support to join our team in Palembang. As a Lead IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of IT support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.
