📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.Perform routine tasks such as changing dressings, administering injections, and assisting with physical therapy.Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Active nursing license in Indonesia.Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in English and Indonesian.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
