SFP Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Production Planning Executive or Assistant to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer requirements and company goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing process.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production needs.,Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production teams.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
