Urban Quick Dinamis is seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert prospects into paying clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts and sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and market dynamics.
