Sky Mart Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training requirements and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees throughout the training process.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
