📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staffing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.,Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and sales.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staffing, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and profitability.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
