Toko Lestari Shop is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also be involved in financial planning and analysis to support the company's growth and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting,Supervise junior accountants and provide training and guidance,Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or similar industry,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
