📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations of assigned outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service quality and company standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Provide regular reports on outlet performance and sales to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry.,Proven track record of managing and improving outlet performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
