📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on insurance policies, claims, and other related documents.,Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or errors in the insurance processes.,Collaborating with the claims team to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Providing training and guidance to junior QC inspectors.,Monitoring and analyzing quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities.,Working closely with the management team to address any quality control issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims, and related processes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
