📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to enhance team performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the Asia-Pacific region is a plus.
