📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns related to their studies and campus life.,Provide timely and accurate information to students regarding academic programs, policies, and procedures.,Assist students with registration, course selection, and enrollment processes.,Coordinate with various departments to resolve student issues and ensure a smooth academic experience.,Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for students, fostering a sense of community and belonging.,Stay updated on campus news, events, and opportunities, and communicate this information to students.,Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall student experience.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
