Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify insurance claims accurately and efficiently using our in-house claims management system.
• Conduct initial assessments of claims to determine eligibility and coverage.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure accurate claim payments.
• Maintain detailed records of all claims processed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in claims processing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claims management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Certification in claims processing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
