📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of agricultural technology initiatives, including IoT sensors, AI-driven analytics, and precision farming tools.
• Manage a team of agricultural technology experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with farmers, researchers, and industry partners to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in agricultural practices.
• Oversee the deployment of technology solutions, ensuring they are effectively integrated into farming operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural technology projects, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural technology, and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Represent AgriTech Solutions Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote our innovations and build strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of agricultural practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural technology, with a proven track record of leading technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of IoT, AI, and precision farming technologies, and their applications in agriculture.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of technology experts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
• Certifications in agricultural technology or related fields are a plus.
• Familiarity with agricultural practices and challenges in Indonesia is a significant advantage.
