📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while staying compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Manage payroll processing, including employee deductions, tax withholdings, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management on financial decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management and tax planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or tax planning.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including income tax, VAT, and corporate tax.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
