📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor labor costs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR functions.
• Support the company's expansion efforts by identifying and attracting top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
