PMO & Governance Specialist

As a PMO & Governance Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing project portfolios, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You'll use tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence to track project progress, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive change management initiatives, working with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Manage project portfolios using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance governance and project management capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with the company's strategic goals.
• Ensure that governance standards are consistently applied and that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members on governance and project management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, governance, or a related field.
• Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
