📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Identify training and development needs through performance assessments and workforce analysis.
• Design and deliver training programs using tools like Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Learning.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or talent management.
• Certification in Organizational Development (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
