• Oversee end-to-end operational workflows in our digital banking platform.
• Ensure seamless digital transactions, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage expertise in fintech operations to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Manage and optimize our Core Banking System (CBS), Payment Gateway, and Fraud Detection Tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve operational processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fintech operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech operations or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing Core Banking System (CBS), Payment Gateway, and Fraud Detection Tools.
• Strong understanding of digital banking and fintech operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of relevant certifications in fintech or operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
