📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in production planning and execution, including machine setup and operation.
• Support quality control processes, including inspections and testing.
• Participate in research and development activities to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Assist in supply chain management, including inventory control and procurement.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Assist in training and mentoring new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates, interns, or early-career professionals with a degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or internship.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
