📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and market share for global brands.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels.
• Collaborate with retail partners to ensure product availability and meet sales targets.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, including Nike, Adidas, and ASICS.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management using Power BI and Excel.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Train and mentor junior merchandisers to ensure consistent performance and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving market share.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage key accounts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
